How To: Downgrade
Downgrading is just as easy as it is to upgrade. The process is identical however, you will be selecting the product you would like to downgrade to.

It takes one minute to do and you will not be charged immediately - the amount you pay per month will only increase (to either £7 or to £10) on the day of the month you are usually debited. ALSO, we will not be bringing the new paywall for video into effect within the next 7 days. So while you'll upgrade today, nothing will change in terms of what is and isn't behind the paywall until then and you will not be charged anything until your next billing date. To reiterate you will not be charged immediately for upgrading now. To reiterate you won't be charged immediately, but will be charged for your chosen subscription on your billing cycle. How to Choose your Subscription Tier 1) Visit theanfieldwrap.com on your browser 2) Login to your TAW Player account 3) Click 'home' if on desktop or click the menu button (top right) if on mobile and select upgrade on the navigation bar. 4) Choose 'Change Subscription' Select your sub you wish to return to or change to. 4) A Pop up box will appear, choose which subscription tier is for you - Premium, Audio or Video. 5) Once selected, click the 'upgrade subscription button' 6) Follow your selected payment merchant's instructions Alternatively, if you are a current subscriber you can choose not to upgrade and continue on a £5 per month package which will include some shows, averaging at around one podcast per day. If you do not upgrade, you'll have access to the following paywall shows plus the free podcasts only. We recommend you upgrade via the Website Desktop version, you can also do it via the website on a mobile but it maybe more convenient on the website itself. |
