Why Can't I Login To The App?

DUE TO A NEWLY DISCOVERED BUG YOU'LL NEED TO REINSTALL THE APP AND RESET YOUR PASSWORD WITHOUT USING SPECIAL CHARACTERS IN ORDER TO REGAIN ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE APOLOGISE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE.

If you are still struggling to login to our app, it may be due to one of the following issues:

1. Your recurring payment may have failed.

2. You may be using your username rather than your email address.

If you're unsure of your email address, you can find it by following these steps:

  • Login here using your username and password that you would to login to TAW Player as normal.
  • Go to "My Account" on the dropdown menu.
  • You should be directed to the dashboard area and the "Your Email" field will contain the email you require to sign in to the app.

Important: The app is case sensitive. You must include any capitals shown in your email/password.
